Christian poem.

I DID NOT WRITE THIS!!!! I can't write poetry to save my life. Author unknown.

Ran across this while spring cleaning with my mother when I was about 12. From what I understand it was written by a friend of my grandmother's when he/she was "in the spirit". Basically it poured out of him/her in about 30 minutes. Be that true or not, it is still a lovely, powerful poem.

I decided to scan it because I like the handwriting and it seems more powerful in its original form.

Didn't know what category to put it in.

Ooh... wasn't too optimistic about the Christianity of it, but eh, I don't judge based on that; it was a good read anyway. I liked the hand-writing as well...
At first I thought it was something you wrote and was thinking oh joy, first person POV! I like that POV best myself.. I find it insanely difficult to write from any other.

yeah, i'm not expecting this to receive much fanfare simply because it is Christian in origin. I think I'm setting myself up to get pissed here, but I figured it at least wasn't preachy...

THat was amazing and a great poem whoever wrote this knows there stuff
I didn't know were the other two men were from
but all in all a verry awsome and meaningfull poem.
