I love those stylized, sleek horses of yours! This is my favourite of the series, followed by Fire, Earth and then Water. I'm leaving Sprite out because I can't decide where to fit him (maybe between Fire and Earth?) :giggle:

I have recently been doing an equine series in ink too (not that it looks anything like this) but for me it is a new style as well so I thought it was neat seeing all these new and traditional pieces from you.

This is extremely beautiful. There is something so brittle and haunting about it. The colours are lovely too, I adore how you did the mane, it is like splattered hot sugar. Of course I like the spindly anatomy too, very elegant and magical. I would love to see you do one of these creatures on a background traditionally too. Your digital backgrounds are always mindblowing and so I want to see your worlds traditionally too. It would also be unique to see an ink blown background.:blackrose:

Thank you so much! This has been quite a trying journey with the inks. :D I've been contemplating how to do backgrounds for things like this but I must be careful because all of these colors are translucent, so I need to pretend like they are watercolors. My tendencies for dark backgrounds may actually have to changes for traditional pieces because I can't exactly reserve the whites for ink blowing... as I never know where it is going to go. We shall see. I have a few idea popping about. XD

I like that it is titled "wind", and it looks as if you used the technique where you blow on the ink to make it leave trails.

Oooo! Really?? Once I get the other three done I will get some prints together and put them up on Etsy! In a couple of weeks I'll get my Etsy more fleshed out and will let everyone know the url. XD Though I guess it wouldn't be that hard to figure out. :)

Thank you!!

Yesh... Ink blowing. :D I *kinda* knew where the ink was going this time, but it still decided to do what it wanted to do. XD
